It’s That Time of Year!!!
I am so excited for all the festivities to begin. The music, treats and Christmas cheer everywhere you go! I started a bit early this year decorating and shopping because I want to just kick back, throw up my feet and watch all the cheesy Hallmark Christmas movies and just snuggle my family the ENTIRE month of December without any stress! Doesn’t that sound like HEAVEN?!? swoon… Let’s hope it happens. Let’s be real, I AM a mom of 4, a wife and I seem to ALWAYS have a room full of laundry piled 3 feet high!!! I guess we’ll see if my goal pans out… Haha


Let’s Talk Christmas Tree…
I am loving my tree this year with the white flock and silver, gold and green colors, it feels soooo magical my 2 and 5 year old seem to be particularly in awe with it. 
It is so fun to see the Christmas magic through their eyes. Over the years, I have been collecting ornaments in all sorts of random places. I particularly like TJ Maxx and Home Goods it seems they have really GREAT quality ornaments for AMAZING prices.  I like buying basic bulbs…silver and gold, whites and cream that I can keep throughout the years and convert with different color schemes.

Real glass seems to sparkle the best on Christmas trees. Around here we keep those up high and the plastic ones down low in fear of little hands:)

 I find that normal tree skirts seem … well… a bit FLAT, so I like to use an everyday throw and bunch it up around the base of the tree
